All content is personalized to your chosen birth place, as policies, comfort amenities, and safety amenities can differ widely between locations. Birth Chemistry Essentials - 3 classes 
This class is designed for Monterey and Santa Cruz families with the goal of a positive birth. As an Evidence Based Birth Instructor Emeritus, research evidence is the foundation of this curriculum, followed by exploring your personal preferences and values, and what options will be available to you on the day of your birth, which is not always made clear to parents in prenatal visits. This series is for busy couples who would like to focus on the final weeks of pregnancy, comfort measures, stages of labor, variations in labor, and the immediate postpartum period.

"Cori's class taught me and my husband everything we needed to know about the technical, physical and emotional aspects of childbirth. From hospital interventions that you may want to avoid, to pain management techniques, choosing the right OB or midwife for the type of birth you desire, the importance of hiring a doula, to nutrition and breastfeeding, it seemed there wasn't a topic that she didn't cover.
