The Birth Chemistry® Childbirth Refresher is perfect for parents who want to brush up on their relaxation skills and comfort measures, go over the mechanics of labor, and learn about some variations in labor that they perhaps did not experience, but would like to be prepared for this time around. Every birth is different and deserves to be prepared for!
This class is $65 per couple and includes a digital student manual. The Childbirth Refresher is for parents who have previously given birth and is appropriate for people planning an unmedicated or medicated birth, at home, a birth center, or hospital.
